This might include a moment where you were not quite sure what to do, what to say, or whether to check in with someone. For example: “A member at choir seemed agitated, and I wasn’t sure whether to ask if they were okay.” All questions and examples will be kept confidential. We will not identify who has submitted them. If you have a question, there’s a good chance another volunteer has wondered the same thing. We want this session to be as practical, supportive and helpful as possible.
